        Provenance: On the front wrapper "I. Francis Riker Esq., with Dr. Fisher's respects." Dr. John Dix Fisher (1797–1850) was a physician and founder of the Perkins Institution. From the residue of the stock of the F. Thomas Heller bookselling firm (est. ca. 1928).

In salmon wrapper. Provenance marks as above; title-page faintly foxed, age-toning to (curiously) half of leaves, shallow vertical crease down pamphlet.  (39653)   Please RESHELVE This.
