Nieto (1804–66) defends himself against charges of having failed to do his duty with regard to directing the military forces at his disposal during the 17 April 1855 uprising. Includes many, many documents..
        Searches of WorldCat, NUC, and COPAC locate an incomplete copy at Harvard and a copy at the British library; and we know of a copy awaiting cataloguing in a U.S. library.

A tattered and heavily dog-eared copy; last leaf detached, crumpled and foxed, but present. Front wrapper present but not rear one. Good++.  (38739)   Please RESHELVE This.
