"Typography . . . was planned by Sir Francis Meynell under the supervision of Ernest Ingham at The Curwen Press . . . and the letterpress was then printed at The Marchbanks Press. . . . The illustrations were drawn as water-colors by Pierre Brissaud . . . and reproduced through multiple wood-engravings cut and printed by Theo Schmied" (colophon). Brissaud signed this copy.
