"350 copies . . . were designed and printed by Janice Frey, Don Howell, Kim Merker, & Jim Snitzer at The University of Iowa Center for the Book. The text was printed letterpress, at The Windhover Press, from Romanée type on handmade Bibliophile Society paper, and the drawings were printed at the Offset Workshop on Mohawk Superfine. The binding was designed and executed by Larry Yerkes" (colophon).
        Stevens' drawings were reproduced by permission of The Huntington Library
       They are supplemented by an introduction and notes by D.H. Woodward.
