This edition not in NSTC (CD version). 20th-century cloth: red shelfback with red corner tips and black-covered boards. Ex-library with call number on spine, bookplate on front pastedown, rubber-stamp on front free endpaper and in margins of two text leaves, label and rubber-stamps on rear pastedown and rear free endpaper.
